I'm still learning so go easy. I am brewing an apple concentrate at 25c what can I do to it to increase the sweetness and add in a raspberry flavor before I keg and carb?
I have brewed a pail ale and its crystal clear going into the fridge and cloudy when it comes out 12-24 hours later, what do I need to do to clear the chill haze?

I am 6 or 8 brews in and I'm brewing pail ale. At the end of the fermentation I'm gravity feeding the brew through a 1 micron filter into bottles and adding 2 coopers carbonation drops and then capping. I have a few questions about this 1st one is will I still get carbonated beer if I have...
