    Boulevard Grainstorm Black IPA clone

    Just tried this for the first time last night. Wow. Anyone have any ideas for a clone extract recipe? They state in some of the info on their website that they used Briess Midnight Wheat extract for the dark color. This will be my next brew.

    AHB Blue Moon clone kit smells kinda like a sewer while fermenting

    Brewers Best Red Ale not bitter enough, will dry hopping the keg help?

    I kegged and force carbed this red ale last weekend. It's good, but just a little too sweet (or something) for my taste. I am considering dropping a couple ounces of leaf hops in a muslin sack and throwing that in the keg. What affect will this have on the beer? Is this a crazy idea or...

    Blue moon clone help

    I am brewing the Austin Homebrew Blue Moon clone, but the total boil time in the instructions is confusing. It looks like they call for a total 45 minute boil. Is that right? I am still pretty new to brewing and all of the other kits i have done have been a 60 minute boil.

    No visible fermentation activity after 12 hours

    I brewed a Brewers Best India Black Ale yesterday afternoon. 12 hours have passed since pitching my yeast and there is absolutely not activity in the carboy. Is it possible that I shocked my yeast when I rehydrated? The water that I used to rehydrate this dry yeast was probably around 90...
