    4 Day full fermentation???

    Sorry I'm pretty new to this, but please bear with me. Is it possible that my beer could ferment completely in 4 days.     My ale smells like vodka

    I made a cream ale on the 19th and I checked on it today and it smells like straight liquor. I did my readings and it started at 43 and is now at a 5 on my barometer..... Whats up?

    20 year old Co2

    I Inherited a kegorator, and some co2 equipment. The co2 tank is still full but I know its been sitting in a basement for at least 20 years. Is this co2 safe to use for force carbonating my Corney kegs?
