    Split hop Experiment.

    4oz chinook 2 oz armillo 4oz citra 2oz hbc 342 Should I use the chinook or hbc 342 for bittering hop? Hop schedule be 2oz armillo vs 2oz citra in 2.5 gallons. Thoughts?

    Sugar effects

    I never got an answer on if you add. 3 lbs of sugar at 60 and 3lbs at 30 min is different than 6 lbs at 60 mins or 30 mins. Does it have to do with more or less fermentables? More protein? More head Retention?

    Stalled at 1020

    I remember it was 1055 I believe to start. And the kit says that it should be at 1012 or less. It's 4 weeks upcoming Sunday. Last Sunday I trouble shoot at swirling it and bubbles form in the airlock but very small. Should I add yeast? It was a dry yeadt from dunkelweizen from brewers best...

    First BIAB oatmeal brown ale

    3 gallon kit from northern brewer, about 9 lbs of grain. I heated 2.5 gallons of water to 164, place all my grains in it, it was at 4.5 gals so added another .5 gallons. Temp was at 153. For 75 mins what the procedure said. After it was done, I drain it and add 150F Water to get 4.2 gallons...
