    Cider RE-clouded.

I had made a few 5 gallon batches of cider. One 5 gallon, I left alone second I put in a brand new oak barrel for a month. Both were cleared very well using the clearing clay. However, the batch I put in the barrel I have just taken out and put it back in my carboy for storage until I get my...

Convert my Corny Keg or My kegerator fittings?

I cannot tell which one to do. I have heard of people changing the fittings from their kegerator tower to fit corny kegs and others say they have adapted their corny kegs to have a coupler fit on it. Which one would be simpler? I don't plan on buy anymore kegs (Then again, You can never...

I've never worked with oak barrel aging before and can't really find much information about it on the web. I have bought a few for different brews I am making. Beer / Ciders/ Wines ect. Firstly, when I get my barrels, should I cure them, and keep them cured till the time I rack my brews...

Novice question about bottling and priming.

I had just bottled my first batch. My gravity readings had stayed around 1.000 mark for 3 days. However it was still putting out some gas. Definitely not like it was during fermentation but still pumps some out. I am also carbing it so I added priming sugar in the batch. However I used a bit...
