Some how I am not sure, my ale got contaminated from my cider. The beer actually tastes very good as a result. My question is, am I screwed from here on out with Brett in my equipment or can I still clean and sanitize it out?
I have an aluminum shed outside and was wondering if anyone would know the answer: If I hook up a temperature control to the freezer, will it run constantly because its in a unheated environment? Will it maintain a 68 temperature?
