    Virgin Mead Maker

    1st time making mead. just moved first batch to 3 gal. carboy, then placing the other two gallons in smaller glass bottles with frozen fruit. hydrometer reading i think is 1.006 check picture. 3gal. carboy is no longer pushing air out. does this mean that the fermenting has stopped? five gallon...

    1st time brewing mead. need help!

    three months have past since i boiled the honey and water. cooled down the combination added nutrient and yeast. been sitting in the carboy with valve. not sure what to do next. do i strain then bootle. or do i leave longer in carboy? please help
