    Wine SPG

    Hi all, I'm wondering if my wine is done fermenting and ready to be transferred to the carboy if the SPG is .098? Not sure what other info would be relevant to answer the question. Thanks!

    Temperature @ 15 Degrees

    Hi, I put down a batch of Coopers Canadian Blonde Ale 7 days ago. I took the temp this evening and its at 15 degrees. I'm wondering if this cool temperature messed up my fermentation; how would I determine if it did? I would like to transfer to my carboy from the primary fermenter. Thanks!

    Late adding ingrediants

    Hi, I've brewed about half a dozen batches of beer but this is the 1st time I did a batch of wine. My question is: I am 3 days late adding the metabisulphite, sorbate & kieselol - will this negatively affect my brew? In 24 hours I am required to add chitosan & another packet of kieselol. Thanks!
