those of you that have actually used your beer gun/blichmann or other.... for bottles, and followed the instructions, got the bottles ice cold first etc.. how was the carbonation of said cracked open brew a few days/weeks later?? just looking for real world experience. is it on par with...

dont think i'v ever tryed a sour type brew,(aside from a local microbrewery that had a guiness clone that had way too much lactic acid or whatever in it) is there commericaly available i can look out for?? or even highly reccomended one i can order online even.

so i see this in my local supermarket/brew isle....anyone try it?, not gonna lie i really dont think it would interest me enough to buy it, but damn, for like 15 bucks a bottle just wondering how it is...

i know about the cooling side of things, what are you using in your fermentation fridges as far as heating goes?

Im new to all grain brewing, theres a particular recipe i want to do for my first time all-grain... when a recipe calls for a specific grain or hops lets say pale malt, maris otter and has a grain %66.67 what does this gain % mean exactly?? does it have to be exactly this percentage...
