    New auber RTD probe with bru supply controller issue

    Guys, Got a new 8" auber RTD temp sensor. I have a brau supply single vessel 240 controller that I got last year. Works fine with the temp sensor provided. But with new 8" probe it registers HH on my controller. Any ideas? I messaged brau supply but thought I would see if you guys had any ideas.

    Length of 10/3 for 30amp

    I am thinking of installing an outlet for a eBIAB system. This system will have a 5500 watt element on a 30 amp gfci breaker. My question is will 50' of 10/3 wire be to long of a length? I looked at some calculators online and they said it would be fine but I thought I would check with the experts.

    Flat RIS

    Bottled an RIS several months ago and it still is flat. Let's off a little gas when opened but pours flat. Didn't add any extra yeast at bottle just about 4.0 oz of table sugar. What would be the best option now?

    Honey blonde ideas?

    Old saison yeast...starter size?

    I have some old wlp565 saison yeast that has a best if used by date of 10/13/13. What would be the best starter for this? A large 2 liter starter? Or do you think it would be fine to just make a regular 1 liter starter. Anyone have experience with this type of situation?

    Dunkelweizen krausen still on top after 2.5 weeks?
