Just racked off some plum wine a day ago and one of the gallon jugs has bubbles. It has an airlock. Is this normal? I don't see that on some of the others.
Yesterday I started a batch of watermelon wine and today I was going to add the yeast. But a friend just brought three more watermelons. Can I mix this together, add ingredients and pitch the yeast tomorrow or do I need to make a separate batch?
