    Bottling Wheat Beer after 4 Weeks in Primary

    I brewed a hoppy wheat beer 3 weeks ago today. I had planned on bottling it today but it doesn't look like I will get to it until next Saturday. I wouldn't think I would have any issues bottling it 4 weeks in, but thought I would ask those who have had similar experiences.

    Pellet Hop Storage

    I plan on doing a couple small 2.5gal BIAB batches in the coming week. The recipe I am working with calls for 0.5oz or so of hops, which will leave me with 0.5oz left over if I buy the 1oz bags. What would be the best method of storing the remaining pellet hops for 2 to 4 weeks?
