    Making a cranberry spiced ale for the holidays, need some input.

    So I'm thinking about crushing up whole cranberries and adding them to the boil and then adding 100% cranberry juice in the secondary, just not sure if these methods will give me the flavor I'm looking for or if it will just water it down and end up sour. Anyone ever do anything like this or...

    using coffee in a secondary

    Hey y'all, I'm wanting to use ground coffee beans in a secondary fermenter and I was just wondering if anyone had any input on how to do this and keep everything sanitary. I just don't want to screw up 10 gallons of brew by doing this the wrong way. Thanks in advance for any advice! Cheers

    Help figuring out parts for 3 tier stand propane manifold.

    Ok I know I am probably beating a dead horse here with the whole propane manifold question but, I have no idea really what parts I will need to build a manifold for a 3 tier tree style brewing stand.     Tips for using wyeast german ale yeast for a kolsch.

    Ok, well I am brewing an all grain kolsch tomorrow and had orginally intended to use wyeast kolsch yeast BUT my LHBS was out and I had to settle for german ale yeast. I was planning on primary fermenting at around 60 degrees until fermentation is complete then secondary ferment at around 45...
