    Hello I wonder if i do mash in 55 gal or even at 100 gal extension, how i will take out the grains after the mash? It must be around 200 pound in there. Someone has any idea? Thanks

    Chugger pumps

    Does anyone faced an overheating problem with chugger pumps? mine started averheating and turns off in the middle of the mash, it's really annoying, I suspect the teflon washer that the impeller is sitting on is damaged, but not sure. Does anyone faced this problem and how did you solved it...

    Mead clarity issue

    Hi, I bottled my first mead, aged for one year in a fermenter, but it is still cloudy. The taste is pretty good, there is very fominant honey aroma and a bit of taste but also it feels a bit young, it feels very alchoholic although it is 12 abv. Is it normal?
