    Chocolate Oak Aged Vanilla Imperial Stout

    Soo...Ive been putting this recipe together the last couple of days and thought I'd get your opinions on it....Im thinking of adding about 8tbsp of cocoa powder in the last 5mins of the boil. Then move it to secondary and add about 2oz of American oak chips and maybe 1 or 2 vanilla beans..good...

    Awesome IIPA, need opinions! :D

    I want a seriously hoppy, bitter yet flavorful beer with awesome aroma. Ive made big IPAs before but I want this one to be even better. Extract with steeping grains (steep 30mins? at 150f?…thoughts?) 5gal batch…..6-6.5gal boil. Wyeast American Ale 1056 or 1272..not sure yet. (Thoughts?)...

    Summit/Chinook IIPA?

    Hey, its my first post! Been brewing about 8 months,Im REALLY hooked :D this would be my 4th beer so far...Im shooting for a pretty bitter IPA with a nice hoppy citrus aroma. I found this on the net and thought Id ask you guys what you think of the recipe...Ive read a lot of mixed feelings...
