    California Free: brown 12oz bottles

    Have about 30-40 brown 12oz bottles. Will throw them away in a few days if now response. Very good condition no stickers at all and have boxes. Located in bellflower.

    Kind of hard to tell but does this look like mold or an infection or just left over krausen?

    Question on carbing

    Ive searched and didnt find what I wanted. I'm going to keg my 5 gallon batch but want to bottle a few that i want to save, how would I figure out how much sugar to use for a 12oz and a 22oz bottle? Thanks.

    Keg help.

    My beer is now carbonated, but now it keeps pouring out nothing but foam. The psi is at 12. Anything I'm doing wrong?

    Bottle caps

    I'm going to have a few beers and have been using the oxy caps. I want to start using the colored caps to know which beer is which and i don't think there oxy caps would it make a difference?

    Need help

    So I bought an extract Irish red ale. My HBS didnt have any of the Irish ale in at the time so I bought a safale s04 dry yeast and a Nottingham dry yeast. Which would be better to use?

    Did my brew last night and checked it this morning and have some foam from the star San coming out of the airlock should I be worried about any bacteria getting in?
