    Corn, wheat and rye in the malt bill?

    I'm brewing a golden/blonde/cream/pale ale- (not sure what category this beer would fall in) Would like to use about 15% corn, rye and wheat and wondering if anyone's tired something like this and/or if they would clash at all?

    Straining yeast cake into secondary fermentation?

    I've got a 2.5 gallon batch of Saison that's just finished primary fermentation. I racked it into secondary fermentor and lost about 22oz of beer left in the yeast cake of primary. I decided to strain the yeast cake of primary of all remaining liquid and added it to secondary. Any body ever done...
