    I'm brewing up an APA this weekend and was considering using my 1 oz centennial hops after fermentation rather than after the boil. Which is more beneficial?

    Tap a Draft off flavors

    I've been using the TAD system for 4 or 5 years and have really enjoyed it. Lately l noticed some off flavors seems gaseous. Is it possible the mr fizz cartridges are the culprit?

    final gravity too high?

    I have a porter that I was going to bottle this weekend after 3 weeks in primary but the gravity is 1.019 down from 1.055 safale 04 yeast. Should I go ahead and bottle, transfer to a secondary, or warm it up a bit and let it sit in the primary for another week?

    Malto Dextrin

    I have a 10 year old sealed pack of dry malto dextrin been sitting in my cupboard. I was thinking about throwing into my ordinary bitter I was brewing this weekend to give it a little more body or should I just toss it?
