    Carbonation and beer?

    Well I bottled my beer 10 days ago and it kind of poped when I cracked one to see how its going. But it had a very weak head and very little carbination. Is this normal for only 10 days in the bottles. Or did something go wrong?

    Gravity of 1.1?

    Just bottled, and my gravity is at 1.1 does that mean my beer is very weak on the alcohol side? Is a brown ale with honey added to it. Everything was done by the book. Very worried.
