    So 57ibu is considered low hops?

    Well I haven't tried every beer out there but I think I've had enough to know I'm not a hop guy. Well I just bought some Tommyknocker Nut Brown Ale which says its low hopped at 57ibu. Seems quite hoppy to me. Is 57 considered low?

    Any beer tools

    Is there a program that once you had your ingredients it tells you what style of beer it is? I this would kinda help me learn about the different ingredients. I have iBrewmaster for the iPad, but it doesn't do what I'm asking.

    So is there a difference between using peels vs liquid extracts? Same goes for peppermint. Leaves vs liquid?

    Marshmallow Stout???

    Will opened hop packages keep????

    So I'm only making 2 gallon batches. I just brewed a Hefe and only had to use about .25oz. I wrapped up the package tight, scotch tapped it, sealed it tight in a Ziplock bag and threw it the freezer. Will they keep? If so, for how long?
