Made an AG American wheat been fermenting at 66 for over a week. It will not drop below 1.015. My Og was 1.046. According to my calculations my FG should be around 1.012 or so. Any tips for helping this beer get to where it should?

I cannot decides folks! Wit, Irish stout, Octoberfest, maybe a lager made with the San Fran ale yeast. I can't ferment any lower than 56°.
