    Harvesting hefe yeast?

    Okay, so I ordered some of the misc. supplies that I need to brew a blood orange hefe except I forgot to order yeast:confused: Is there a commercial hefe out there that I can harvest dregs from? I would rather pay for a six pack than pay for shipping again...

    Boil Kettle Idea Question...

    So...I might be able to get my hands on an 80qt (ish) Hobart mixer bowl. Do you think that I can convert that into a boil kettle? It's used and has a few scratches/dings. Thoughts and Thanks!

    Brewer in North Central PA

    Hello All, I'm from North Central PA (near Penn State) - pretty new to brewing (starting my 3rd batch this weekend, 1st AG). Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here who has already helped me out through other posts. Also, are there any other brewers in the area?? Thanks!:mug:
