    Blueberry mead

    Simple hoppy recipe

    I am looking for a good hoppy recipe that is fairly temperature tolerant for the ferment. Just moved to the desert and the a/c went out but it is getting fixed this coming week ferment temp will be somwhere between 72-77 degrees. Anyone have any suggestions.     First Cider Question: Batch ruined?

    I made a 5 gall batch of cider. I bought 5 gallons of a local cider that was pasturized, addes some wyeast sweet mead yeast .     Wonering when to bottle

    I made some cider. 5 gallons of fresh cider, used white labs sweet mead yeast(wlp720) OG 1.049 Gravity right now is 1.0 or maybe a little lower. Is it time to bottle yet or is it goin to keep goin down? I plan on taking another reading today. that reading was taken yesterday.:tank:
