    JAOM 8 weeks in.

    Eight weeks ago I made 2 one gallon jugs of JAOM. All fruit but 3 or 4 raisins in each jug has fallen. The mead seems to be clear but there is some white powdery looking stuff (that I assume is yeast) is clinging to the sides of the jug. My question is should I let it sit longer, bottle or rack...

    Just got my monthly bank statement. $525 at the grocery store paid out of the grocery budget. $0 at the LHBS paid out of the hobby budget.

    Frig vs Freezer

    With summer approaching I'm going to need ferm chamber. I would like to know what are the pros and cons of refrigerators (reg and side by side} and freezers (up right and chest). I've already ordered the temp controller off of ebay. Thanks Harry

    Sugestions Sought

    A week ago I brewed a Midwestsupply Liberty Cream Ale extract kit. I put 3 1/2 gallons into a 5 gallon carboy and 1 1/2 gallons into a Mr Beer LBK. I would like to make an addition to the LBK without moving it to a secondary. Also it would have to be something I could get at the grocery store...

    First blow off.

    My second non Mr Beer brew and I get my 1st blow off. It is a Brewers Best India Pale Ale. Brewed on 2/15 started seeing activity yesterday morning.
