    Re-Pitch Yeast?

I have a RIS that has been bulk aging since 1/14/12. I was thinking about bottling in the next couple days. What do you guys think about carbonation? Do I need to toss some yeast in before bottling or can I just use my priming sugar and let them sit for 3 weeks?

I am making a porter with a OG of 1.045 and a FG of 1.014. Everything went fine during brewing. Pitched 1 packet of dry ale yeast. After 2 weeks in primary I took my first hydrometer reading today and it is at 1.022. Any reason for concern? Should I give it more time? Shake it up a bit? Thanks...

    Second Secondary?

I am brewing an Oaked Russian Imperial Stout kit and was supposed to put the oak in 3 days into fermentation and leave it in the primary for 10 days. (at which point the kit wanted me to bottle) I totally spaced putting the oak in the primary, which I left the batch in for 2 weeks, and didn't...
