    WLP099 - whats a good beer?

    My friend gave me a vile of WLP099 Super High Gravity yeast the other day and I have no idea what beer to attempt with it... I also have a bunch of extra light DME laying around some Hallertau and Saaz packs. Any thoughts on what kind of high test beer could be done with this?

    Heat & cool blanket...

    Any thoughts on these? Could this be adapted to fermentation? Says you can select any temp between 50f and 113f and will heat or cool depending on ambient.

    Built an immersion chiller for weekend brew!

    I got the 50 foot roll of copper at HD and fount the sweat fittings at a refrigeration/HVAC place in town to mate the soft copper with the copper pipe. I just pex crimped on an extra washer hose I cut in half. Should do the job! I made it to fit the pot without going over the liquid level...

    I saw these cheap... could add a gauge at the top of each where the tire pressure gauge goes? They look adjustable but could they go that low?

    Someone near me is selling this nice flour and cereal mill... It look nice... would it work for all grain brewing do you think? I'd be using it for Brew in a bag... so a slightly finer milling might be desirable?
