    Dusting off the cobwebs.

    I am finally manning up and brewing again. After an almost full 12 month break due to the Army, I ordered a recipe kit and it should be here tomorrow! I hope I don't ruin it from lack of memory!

    cant wait to start again!

    Thinking about kegging.

    I just started looking into it and know nothing yet, what are some great experiences and bad experiences you've had of kegging? So far I know I need a keg, ( duh! ) a co2 canister to force carb it, lines, regulator, gauges ect. But what I don't know yet is if there are any hidden things I need...

    Ipa lost super points?

    I was at 1.060 when I took my og, on the 6th now I'm at 1.004? Does that sound like I effed up my ipa, or are they usually that low of points?

    Lost wedding ring

    If anyone lives in south Lake Tahoe ca, and happens to find a size 8 tungsten carbide ring in the bijou park on the southern edge of the golf course near hole 18(?) let me know. It's in the snow and you'll see where I've been digging for it lol. Snowball fight w/ wife = missing ring.

    Green bottles

    Apparently green bottles, even though stored in a cardboard box next to my amber ones have encountered a bug of slight gushing and hard alcohol bite. So my experiment proved to be correct... I just don't know why. Any insight? They were stored in closed cardboard boxes mixed with amber bottles...

    I just got my stuff today, and I'm nervous. I've read how to brew AG section several times but the terms trip me up!     Buying hops, grains and yeast online? I was considering buying an ipa or imperial stout kit from northern brewer, I'm waiting on my AG gear to arrive in the mail, so hopefully I can brew in like a week! But what do you guys think?

    Do i need an airlock for secondary

    If I'm adding peach extract? I've read that some people say no because the airlock will push out aromas and flavors? But I don't want to mess up! Any insight would be appreciated!
