    Beer in primary for months, still good?

    Hey folks, a fellow brewer once told me to bottle or keg everything you make, even if you think something might be wrong. I have 5gal of saison and 5 gal of a blonde that have been in the primary for 4or5 months. Do I take the time to bottle? Everything seems to be fine.

    Some major floaters

    Hey there, Just about to bottle my first batch and I am seeing lots of little white floaters in the beer. I thought they where just on top but appear to be throughout. Is this normal? If not, what do you think it is?

    Mash tun too cool.

    Alright folks, Just doing my first AG. Put the water in for the first batch sparge and it's 142 instead of 152. Lost more than I thought it would. Question is what do I do. It's been in for 10 min now. Thanks in advance

    Beer tasting info/books/knowledge

    Like many folk on this forum... i love beer. But aside from a recognizing few flavors here and there, i really don't know what i'm loving. I would like to learn a lot more about "tasting/evaluating beer". anyone have any thoughts or info on the topic thanks for the help Cheers
