    What is your standard IPA grain bill? How bout your standard IIPA grain bill? Any SMaSH IPA suggestions? I've got tons of hops and a few recipes in the queue, but after those, I'm gonna make a couple IPA's and IIPA's. What say you on the grain bill for each?

    Batch Priming

    Is there a guide anywhere that lists amount of priming sugar associated with each style? I've been using 4 to 5 grams per 5 gal batch. Sometimes it seems like too much. Any tips?

    Any reason to boil longer than first hop addition?

    I'm formulating a recipe for a Milk Stout and my first hop addition is at 45 min. Is there any reason to boil for 60 min? Something to do with DMS? Why not just boil for 45 min total?
