You could always do a 1 lb caramel malt steep...

You could always do a 1 lb caramel malt steep before beginning the boil. That adds some great flavor for pales and IPAs. It's an easy step that will improve the beer dramatically.

Depends on your yeast. Nottingham does great at that temperature and doesn't really require step increases to do any additional fermenting. I can't say it hurts to do it though.
