Thanks for the replies. I found a 7 cu. ft. chest freezer on ebay for $75 this morning. I'm just going to convert that to a keezer. It was time to upgrade anyways.

It was AG. The yeast was Wyeast French Saison, 3711... I think. I used the recipe the above. However the FG in that recipe is 1.020, the 1.010 is the FG of the actual Tank 7 recipe from Boulevard....

Great beer!!! Ive had it on tap. I think I paid 6.00 for a goblet. I have not had a bad St. Bernardus. Great beer. The Prior 8 goes perfect with a nice grilled steak!
