I'll tell you that I just made a beer with 25.5% rye. Pale Ale. Way too much rye if you ask me. I'd knock it back to 20% or even 18%. That's just me, though.

I hear ya. But it's not that hard to figure out what your numbers will be. If you're brewing in a (relatively) controlled environment and you use the same equipment, you should be able nail it down...
