I'm in Manitoba so a 24 of domestic costs around 40$ I can make 5 gallons for much less than that and I've definitely noticed the savings on my bank account since I took a break from buying new gear

What kind of music do you listen to while brewing

Just curious what kind of playlist everybody listens to for me it's a lot of hard rock(Tool, Chevelle mostly) and a bit of country(Hank III)

I pitch then sanitize my hand, cover the carboy then shake the hell outta it. About 20 batches in and never had a stuck fermentation

Honestly I just soak my bottles in oxyclean or pbw overnight and give them a real good rinse.

On bottling day I spray them all with starsan and proceed to bottling.

Easiest way I've found.

Get yourself an old keg and cut the top out. They can be acquired for next to nothing and with 15.5 gallon capacity you can easily scale up to 10 gallon batches if u decide u need more beer.
