For BG14 burners, you need a 0-30psi reg. The one you linked from Lowes is only 10PSI. Also, did the burners come with their own Orifice?

Usually takes a couple of days for the liquid to fully absorb the C02 once its cooled down. Did it have any carbonation at all to it? If so I'd let them carb another week or so. Usually takes care of...

The honey and brown sugar likely dried it out a bit more than you were expecting. I usually add Lactose to my chocolate stouts to add a little sweetness and body, so it doesnt end up so dry.

Nothing at all wrong with using an aluminum pot. Clean it with a mild detergent, with a soft sponge. Been using Aluminum pots for a long time. with the money spent on SS, I can buy alot of much more...

I doubt you'll have bottle bombs, unless you used an abnormally high amount of priming sugar. Ill agree you left alot of beer in that carboy. looks to be a gallon or so.. Bottle that up!

I wouldn't go past 7 days. From my experience I get alot of grassy character when I leave a beer on the hops for more than a week. I dunno maybe others have had different experience?
