I fermented in around 12 days or so. Carbonated and tasted it at 28 days in the bottle. I will be making this again. Much better than any recipe I've followed. Incredibly good.

Are you adding all these hops together at the beginning of the 60 minute boil? Also, is this too many hops?

Making hard cider from frozen concentrate.

Questions:
How many cans would you need for a 5 gallon batch and do you add water? If not, wouldn't the concentrate be too sweet? Anyone ever do it this way and how did it turn out?
