This is my first brew with rye and I figured to start with 10% but I am getting a feeling I should have started with 15%. What are your thoughts on this??

I'll definitely let you know how it goes..... I just hate second guessing myself. If I were to lower the Biscuit it would be only by a quarter pound. I guess I'll stick to it and see what I get.

Brown Ale doesn't generally use Black patent like Porters and tend to use less Chocolate malt as well, so wouldn't that essentially suggest more Biscuit Malt would be tolerated?? Not saying anything...
