my efficiency is 82% consistently using a sankey keg with insulation......and the ability to heat the mash to change temps is very important IMHO

yep, its common around here to use the "cannot be converted for natural gas" banjo's for natty gas....I just drilled out the orifices a little at a time till the flame looked good
