Anyone know if it's legal to use plastic fermenters in a commercial brewery, as long as they're food grade?

I tightened up my mill a bit and got a better crack on the grain, and sparged for a full 15 minutes at around 170.

Thank you. I'll most likely use the old standup freezer with a temp control then. They'll wire into the older freezers also, right? I believe its about 20 or 30 yrs old.
