I have this batch of Joe's ancient mead in a 1 gallon carboy that is ready to bottle. What is the best way to go about doing this? Should I transfer to a bottling bucket, or just bottle straight from the carboy?

If there isn't much sediment, or it is really compacted, I've bottled directly from the carboy for meads and wines without a problem.
