So the girlfriend loves her some Stout - she also loves chocolate and amaretto. When we went to our LHBS we found an amaretto extract I figure we will add to secondary or to the bottling bucket. This will be her first batch solo. Has anyone here used an amaretto extract and what do you all think about this recipe?
