A Day In The Life Of Archer (Imperial IPA)

My favorite show in the whole world is Archer. It's just so hilarious that I have to make a beer to go with it. The main Characters name is Sterling Archer hence the reason for the Sterling hops and using archer in the title. Please comment on it.

15 lbs Pale Ale Malt
2 lbs Pilsener (German)
2 lbs Corn Sugar
1 lbs CaraPils
1 lbs Vienna (US)
1 lbs Munich (Belgium)

1 oz Sterling 90 mins
1 oz Sterling 60 mins
1 oz Sterling 30 mins
1 oz Sterling 20 mins
1 oz Sterling 15 mins
1 oz Sterling 10 mins
1 oz Centennial 5 mins
1 oz Centennial 0 mins

California Ale Yeast

Of course you have to use Sterling hops!! May have to try this one.

You should tell me how it goes. I wont be able to brew for a while. I'm on a long vacation.
