Let me know what you think. I am missing some of the details as I am at work and dont have my spreadshhet with me, but you should be able to get the idea.

16.5 gal

26 lbs Pale 2-Row
2.5 lbs Crystal 20L
2.5 lbs Crystal 40L
2.5 lbs Crystal 80L
.75 lbs Chocolate malt

3 oz Tettnanger 60 min
2 oz Fuggle 15 min

Wyeast 1098

Should work out fine. I like more chocolate in my Browns, but it's a very flexible style. Tettnanger and Fuggle are good choices for hopping. East Kent Goldings is another.

One of the reasons I like to do Brown kits, is I like my Church of Chocolate Brown so much that I can't modify it.
