Carafa Special is debittered/dehusked, so you'll probably get closer to the flavour profile with regular Carafa I.

my selection of malt is
Code:
Premium Pils
Pale Ale Malt
Munich I
CaraMunich II
Caraaroma
Carafa Special III
Smoked malt
Roasted Barley
Wheat malt
and
CaraPils
so i have to stay within that selection and change quantity etc.

i think i just try to do janet's brown ale instead. there must be somebody that has converted that recipe for weyermann malt.
