I want to brew a DIPA/Imperial IPA on my birthday. I've never done a DIPA before, so I wanted a little insight and help. I've read the combo of Chinook, Cascade, Centennial is pretty good and creates a nice grapefruit/citrus profile.
I added some honey malt to add a bit of sweetness to the beer. I tend to like most of my beers on the sweet side of the style.
