Here's the recipe thanks to one I found via Yooper.
3# Vienna
2# Munich
.5# caramel 20
.5# caramel 60
3# light dme
With a hop schedule of cascade and centennial to get 36 ibu

I am 20 minutes into the boil and am eager to see where this ends up. Beer tool has it at 1.053. I mashed with 2 gallons of water and 1.5 of sparge. The mash temp was consistently inconsistent at 148-162 as this is a first attempt on the stovetop. Pre boil of was 1.046 am i getting to where i need to be. I am assuming the dme will bring the og up enough to get to tar
get gravity of 1.053 after some 2 gallons of water are added to the fermenter. On I on the right track?

Welp... Done with the boil, its in the fermenter and I have a SG 1.055. The 1.053 figure was with a 65% efficiency. I'm going to let it go down to 66-67 and pitch some us05.
