Priming my Hefe tomorrow and not sure about the quanity of water mixed with the 5oz. of corn sugar called for in the recipe. Does two cups seem to be the norm? And how long of a boil?

Cheers, Scott.

Two cups of water will be fine. 5 minute boil is all that is necessary.

Well, as I understand it, you only need enough water to dissolve the sugar, so I'd think 2 cups would do it. Most guys here seem to think 10 minutes on the boil is sufficient to kill any lurking nasties in your water.

Sound about right, gents?
