5% Cryatsal 40
2 oz East Kent Goldings - Bitter, 90 min
1 oz East Kent Goldings - Bitter 60 min
1 oz CZT Flavor - 15 min
1 oz Centennial Aroma - 5 min
Dry Hop
1oz ech Cascade, Yakima Warrior, and Simcoe
Cali Ale - WLP001

Start with an English base and finish with a strong American influence. Cap it all of with a firework display of floral explosions!

I likes, I would add a touch of Munich to that as well. I have never done a beer with English hop’s and American hop’s. First impression is it might come out funky, but then again I just enjoyed a bacon covered donut that was bathed in syrup. How weird was that to invent and put on a menu.

Did you end up doing it on the 4th? How did it come out if you did brew it?
