Before I brew this recipe and possible have a huge bust could you guys give me some feedback on this Choco. Mint Stout recipe?

It will be a 2 gal batch with a boil size of 2.25.

0.4 lb - Caramel / Crystal 80L (5.9%)

HOPS:
0.4 oz - Target (AA 11.5) for 60 min, Type: Pellet, Use: Boil
0.4 oz - Cascade (AA 6) for 15 min, Type: Pellet, Use: Boil
0.2 oz - Target (AA 11.5) for 5 min, Type: Pellet, Use: Boil

MASH STEPS:
1) Sparge, Temp: 160 F, Time: 60 min, Amount: 9 qt
