Just wanted to say Hi and introduce myself. I am quite new to brewing but have the itch to get going on bigger and better things. I have brewing extract beers and partials up to this point but just bought my first 10 gallon cooler for mash tun and hopefully be brewing AG by next week. My ultimate goal is to move my brewing to the garage and do a brewstand build. All of the information on this site is incredible and Im just glad I found the site. Look forward to great brewing chat.
