I brewed a Kolsch back on 5/13/06 I let it stay in the primary @ 70F for the first week then transfered to a secondary and it is still at 70F. I started to read about Kolsh and found that people cold condition it @ 45F for 8 weeks. I used german/kolsch yeast wlp029 should I drop the temp to 45F and leave it for 8 weeks?
